Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, I only ship within the United States. I’m so sorry, friends! International shipping—especially outside the U.S.—is currently too expensive. I’m hoping to open up shipping to Canada in the future, but for now, U.S. shipping only.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $8 per order. If you place a pre-order, it’s just $7. Plus, if you spend $150 or more, shipping is free!

How long does it take to process orders?
I aim to process orders as quickly as possible! Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (I don’t ship on weekends). Once your package is with USPS, it typically takes 5–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Do you accept submissions?
Yes! I’m currently working on a submission form for indie authors. In the meantime, feel free to send me an email, and I’ll add you to my growing list. I do my best to support as many authors as I can, but please keep in mind that timing, budget, and book availability all play a role in what I can bring in.

Do you have a storefront?
I’m currently an online-only shop, based out of Vancouver, Washington. While I’d love to have a physical storefront in the future, for now, all orders are fulfilled through the website!

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any books purchased—whether in-store or online. Please double-check the title and format before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bookshopwallflower@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: We are not responsible for damages or lost packages caused during shipping. In such cases, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
